First page
This is the address to which we send your mail. The mail recipient may differ from the contractual partner. You can find the contractual partner under Point 4.
Do you have any questions about your bill? We're happy to help. This is the best way to reach us.
Several types of energy can be managed under one contract account number. It is used for payment transactions. Please always state this number as the purpose of transfer when making transfers. We’ll also need the contract account number from you in case of queries and for identification purposes.
Here you will find the name and address of the contractual partner. You will also need this information for your tax return.
This is the address where energy or water is consumed. The delivery address may differ from the billing address.
Your consumption was determined and billed for this period.
Each bill has its own invoice number. This enables direct assignment.
Here we list the electricity consumption for the above-mentioned period. This is based on the meter readings that you sent us or that were available to us at the time of billing.
In this field you can see whether you have received any credit from us or whether a supplementary payment has been made. You will also see information about how the credit or supplementary payment was processed.
Here you can see your new discount valid until the next bill is issued. This is calculated based on the consumption billed here.

This is the name of your billed tariff.
Net amount for electricity supply.
The sales tax for electricity is currently 19 %.
Sum of all net amounts plus VAT.
Total of your advance payments made during the consumption period. Here you may also find other additional costs or overpayments/instalments.
Your new discount for future payment dates. We calculate the discount based on your personal electricity consumption and current prices.
Here you will find your new discount dates and our bank details for your transfer. If you have given us a SEPA mandate, we will debit the discounts from your account on these dates.
Third page
This is the net price for one kilowatt hour (kWh) of electricity in the previously specified period. Your current electricity price is made up of the working price for one kilowatt hour (kWh) and the annual basic price. The amount in brackets shows the price without sales tax.
Each contract (electricity, natural gas, water and district heating) has a unique number.
This is the number of your electricity meter. You can also find this number on your meter. For more information, see Reading the electricity meter.
Here you will find the final meter reading of your last bill. If you have not yet received a bill for this meter, this is your registration meter reading.
Here you will find the meter reading we used to create your bill.
This is the consumption being billed in this bill.
In the first period we calculate your total consumption and in the subsequent time periods you will see the applicable price next to the specified time periods.
Number of days billed.
Your electricity consumption in kilowatt hours (kWh) in the specified period.
This is the net price for one kilowatt hour (kWh) of electricity in the previously specified period.
The price includes the costs for procurement and provision of energy and network access. The basic price refers to one year (365 days).
The individual net amounts are the result of your consumption and the electricity price per kilowatt hour applicable during this period (amount = quantity × price).
This is the sum of the individual amounts without VAT. This includes the costs for your electricity consumption as well as the base price.
In Germany, electricity is subject to a sales tax of 19%. This is added to the net amount.
This is the total amount including the statutory sales tax of 19 %.
This is the total amount you paid for electricity during the billing period.
